Getting Started

How do I create a MaidWhiz Account?

When you make your first booking, we’ll have a Maidwhiz account for you. We’ll send an email to the email address you provided.

We will send you a confirmation email and passcode to proceed.  It’s that easy!

What is included in a standard cleaning?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

How much will it cost?

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

We sure do!
Our techs always comes prepared for a thorough cleaning to make sure you don’t have to worry about a thing!

Absolutely! Our skilled professionals go above and beyond on every job, and always make sure to fulfill all our customer’s needs.

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

Unfortunately not.
You can however apply a coupon to any future appointments.

Of course!
MaidWhiz takes your safety very seriously.
All of our staff members go through a rigorous vetting process which includes:
Identity checks
In-person interviews
background checks
and super good reviews from past jobs/references.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

Your satisfaction is always on top of our priorities!

So Maidwhiz ensures that all appointments go smoothly without any worry.

In the rare event that something went wrong, please contact us and we’ll immediately assist you in resolving the issue.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Absolutely! Your billing information is not stored in our system

ALL of your billing information is on a fully encrypted 128b SSL connection so you can feel safe, secure and fully in control!

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

We rigorously vet all of our Cleaners, who undergo identity checks as well as in-person interviews.

What is your satisfaction guarantee policy?

We always guarantee that we do our very best to make everything right!

If you’re not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean (within a 3 day window).

So, in the rarest event that you are not 100% satisfied with the job, please contact us.
